PMi-C is the advanced monitoring and control device for PMi DC Power Systems. It delivers intelligence, an easy user interface and a comprehensive set of features for DC Power System management. PMi-C architecture is based on PowerCAN bus communication and a modular design, which enables excellent system expandability, selectable additional features and flexibility in design. The PMi-C controller is the universal solution for all MIP family DC Power Systems from 24 VDC up to 220 VDC, and for other modules in the family.
AEG Power Solutions rectifiers assure permanent availability of your global industrial applications. State of the art natural cooled switch mode technology PMi rectifiers provide secure DC power in combination with a parallel battery, for supply of all types of DC loads. The rectifier delivers 1100W to 1600W output power at 24/48/60/110/125/220VDC with a single phase, semi-wide input voltage range. The rectifier modules are suitable for charging many types of batteries including: vented lead-acid, valve regulated lead- acid (VRLA) or nickel-cadmium batteries (NiCd). PMi rectifiers may operate either with a system controller or as stand-alone modules, with or without parallel-connected batteries. The rectifiers can be used in Protect MIP systems.
Designed for all industrial applications, it provides secured DC power in combination with a parallel battery, for supply of all types of DC consumers including constant voltage and current sources such as central control rooms in nuclear and non-nuclear power plants as well as on-board power supplies for rail vehicles and ships.
The switch-mode power supply unit operates according to an IU characteristic line to DIN 41772 / DIN 41773. It is a pre-wired unit supplied ready for installation. The connections are accessible from the front panel. The controls and display elements are installed at the front of the unit. Due to its high efficiency, it is designed as a compact 19“ plug-in module of 4 height units.
The Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) series PM2000 product family from AEG Power Solutions has a 2000 W output power at 24, 48, 110/120 and 220 VDC. High reliability due to advanced protection (input, output, temperature, current, power) and a high MTBF. The rectifier provides secured DC power in combination with a parallel battery, to supply of all types of DC consumer loads including constant voltage and current sources.
The unit offers full functionality in stand-alone mode; it can also be controlled and monitored via the digital CAN-BUS using the optional PSC 100 control unit. Together with this controller complex DC systems can be built up on a low cost basis. In addition to the SMR power cabling only simple BUS wiring between the SMR’s and the PSC 100 is required to complete the DC system.
Modular switch-mode rectifier designed for industrial applications
The pre-wired, switch-mode power supply unit operates according to an IU characteristic line to DIN 41772 / DIN 41773. The connections can be accessed from the front panel. The controls and display elements are installed on the front of the device. The extremely high level of efficiency means it has a compact structure as a 19“ fully featured removable part with 5 height units.
State of the art switch mode technology, Protect MIP rectifier system is designed to be compact, simple to use and easy to maintain. It allows you to benefit from low electromagnetic pollution and high efficiency, resulting in a cost effective system with reduced operating costs, short delivery time and prepared for easy integration in cabinet.
DC 2000 converts 220 Vdc to 26 Vdc / 65 A. Applications include: supplying control–technology systems in nuclear or conventional power stations, secured DC power combined with a parallel battery, supply of all types of DC consumers (incl. constant voltage and current sources) and for on-board power supplies for rail vehicles, ships and to telecom equipment.
DC 3000 converst either 110 Vdc or 220 Vdc to 24 Vdc with an output current of 100 A. Applications include: 24 Vdc voltage for supplying the control-technology systems in nuclear and non-nuclear power stations, the chemical industries and power substations. The switch-mode power supply units are normally fed from the secure 110 V or 220 Vdc supply (high operating reliability).
